TUITION:
Tuition: Winterset Gymnastics offers a school year session (Sept-Apr) and a Summer Session (summer classes vary per year).
Tuition is due monthly and is based on an average of four classes per month. There will be recurring charges/payments monthly from September to April. If there are five classes in a month, we do not increase tuition. If there are three, we do not give credit. The summer session will be registered for and paid for separately from the school year session.
If you choose to unenroll during the School Year Session, please let us know as soon as possible via written notice or email to avoid having your card charged on the 25th.
PAYING TUITION
A credit card, debit card, or checking account on file is required to register for classes. All tuition is DUE BEFORE THE 25th of each month (for the next month) and can be paid by cash, check, debit, or credit card. If tuition is not paid by the 25th and no one has informed us via written/email notice of dropping a class, all unpaid balances will be charged to your card/bank account on file.
If fees are not paid prior to the 1st, the computer system will tag your child inactive, your child will be unenrolled, and someone on the waiting list will be notified.
Monthly Auto-Pay Program – Just think, no more figuring out WHEN tuition is due! For your protection, your credit card number once entered, is not visible to anyone.
ANNUAL MEMBERSHIP FEE, FAMILY & MULTIPLE CLASS DISCOUNTS:
Each new member will pay a $40 membership fee which will be charged to the bank account/card on file and processed upon enrollment.
Any family enrolled in multiple classes will receive a 30% discount on additional classes (1st and 2nd class full price, 3 or more classes discounted 30%).
Please check your child’s specific class on the website to see notes of any additional fees associated with your child’s class.
Uniform requirements and Additional Fees by Class:
KinderGym and Flips & Fitness: A $50 activity fee will be assessed for KinderGym in September (or upon enrollment if enrolling after September) for the school year session.
Tumbling & Trampoline Team Fees:
Competition uniform - $70-85 (plan to replace or update every other year). Uniforms will be sized with parental assistance and charged as needed.
Trampoline Shoes (required for competitions)
Each Competition: $45-70
End of Year Showcase $45
AAU membership (approximately $25-30 each)
Tuition will be billed monthly from September to April.
The two required competitions will be automatically registered and billed to the iClass payment method on file. Optional competitions will be parent enrolled on iClass.
RETURN PAYMENT FEES
$20 fee charged to accounts with returned/NSF checks or e-checks.
